Are the Chinese a diligent people?

 Despite having 22% of the world's population, China only has 7% of the world's agricultural land. What should China do to address the issue with its food security? What has China already done? Any ongoing initiatives to boost future food self-sufficiency?



They strive to effectively utilise the land. For instance, they cultivate rice using novel seeds, which can significantly enhance productivity. They also grow fish on the same rice fields. Chinese people love carpfish, and when the fish become big enough, they bring ducks in to eat the snails and insects. Rice was once or twice a year grown by farmers in the warm environment of South China.

China looks exploring novel techniques to cultivate rice in locations that are often unsuitable for farming. like the deserts or the coast's salted land alone.




The most crucial method for increasing the production of food and other agricultural goods is to modernise agriculture. Agriculture makes use of drones.





Drone use is far less expensive than hiring additional staff.
