have you ever been there?

The Brennero route, which serves as the primary conduit of communication between Italy and Germany, is where this lovely tiny town was born.

Città Vecchia and Città Nuova. Italy

Città Vecchia and Città Nuova (Old Town and New Town) are the two sections of the town that are separated by the municipal tower, also known as the "Torre delle Dodici," where businesses like hotels and shops have lined up along the main street (Reichstrasse) in place of the previous taverns and artisan shops. Reichstrasse resembles a long stateroom because to the exquisite bow windows (Erker) that overlook it and the merlons that top the residences along the street.

Hans Feur von Sterzing's design for the Torre delle Dodici, which replaced the Upper Gate, began construction in 1468 and was finished in 1472. The original Gothic spire was destroyed by fire on October 3, 1867, and was later restored with the current stone roof with a crenellated design. For many years, the building has served as the local fire department's headquarters. The tower rises 46 metres in the air.
