We couldn't believe how massive the park is either. Like, it's bigger than some entire states! And it has every kind of terrain you can imagine, from forests to grassy fields to glaciers that just blow your mind.
But I think my favorite part was all the wildlife. We saw bears just fishing in the rivers! And wolves watching from far away were definitely Insta story-worthy. But honestly, spotting the moose and caribou was the best because they're just living their lives out there in the wild. If you love nature, this place is a total vibe.
Getting around on the shuttles was so fun too. We learned so much from our drivers - they knew literally everything about Denali and its history. And seeing all the views from the bus was still wild.
Oh and at night when the Northern Lights came out?! It was otherworldly, for real. I definitely want to go back someday to see them again. Whether you're into photography, animals, or just being in pure nature - this place is 100% worth checking out if you're in Alaska!
Also, everyone should go on the ranger talks; they're actually really interesting. We learned about how bears hunt and stuff - it was cooler than I expected. I bet the little kids would be super into it too. For sure add Denali to your Alaskan bucket list!✨
