sing, stupid or intelligent?

Mr. Singh enters a bank in London and requests to speak with the loan officer. He claims he needs to borrow £5000 since he is taking a two-week business trip to Europe. Mr. Singh gives the keys to a brand-new Rolls Royce, which costs a quarter of a million pounds, after the bank representative informs him that the bank would require some sort of security for the loan.

The car is parked on the street in front of the bank, and I have all the required paperwork, claims Mr. Singh.

The bank representative accepts the automobile as security for the loan. The loan officer, the bank's president, and all of their coworkers laugh heartily at Mr. Singh when he departs for utilising a £250,000 Rolls Royce.

The Rolls-Royce is driven into the bank's underground garage by a staff member, who then parks it there. Mr. Singh returns two weeks later and pays back the £5,000 plus the interest, totaling £15.41.

"Sir, I must tell you, we're all a little perplexed," the loan officer says. We checked you out while you were gone and found that you're a multimillionaire. Why would you borrow £5,000 in the first place?

Where else in London can I park my car for two weeks for just £15.41? the man responds.
