At the age of 58, well-known Indian comedian Raju Shrivastava passed suddenly.

Having performed stand-up comedy since the 1990s, Srivastava is most known for his comedic abilities. Additionally, he has acted in movies like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. Srivastava is now the head of the Uttar Pradesh Film Development Council.
To make ends meet while living in the city, Shrivastav took on small parts in movies like Tezaab (1988), Maine Pyar Kiya (1989), and Baazigar (1993) before landing a show on Doordarshan.
