India-Pakistan are really poor or the problem is corruption.?

These two neighboring countries have abundance of natural resources, but at the helam of affairs, thirsty evil spirits are sitting, whose thirst is quenched by the blood of the poor people.  In both these countries, thieves get jobs as watchmen.  Cats are kept on the milk keeper. The corrupt elites of these two countries are bent on making this region Africa where the rich have freshwater swimming pools but the poor have no access to salt water.
