The question arises. Can't dams be built on the rivers of Gilgit-Baltistan? Or building a dam is prohibited. Why are the people of Gilgit-Baltistan being deliberately kept in the dark? Who are the people who control the resources of Gilgit-Baltistan? The bitter truth is that the common man is affected by cold and darkness. injustice of the socity is that special electricity is given from the government generator to corrupt elite like  Chief Secretary,Force Commander, IGP, Assembly Members, Agha and Mulla and officers of Water and Power Department are included.
